At least 52 people dead after flash floods hit Spain

At least 52 people have been killed in Spain after flash floods struck parts of the country.

Rivers were turned into torrents as the Valencia region was battered by hours, and in some cases, days of torrential rain.

Video from the scene showed dozens of cars floating down streets.
