Rouen, France in Normandy is a historical, cultural and culinary gold mine. Truly one of the best larger cities we have visited in all of Europe. From one of the oldest continuously operated restaurants in the world, the rich Viking history that gave this region it's name, to the beautiful half timbered buildings, then inspirational story of Joan of Arc who was burned at the stake right here to the largest and oldest running fair in Europe, this place has everything a city has to offer.
