Bryant Barnes delivers scorching emotions with icy ease. His debut project, ‘VANITY,’ is like an Arctic glacier: beautifully complex, ever-changing, and a little bit dangerous. Born in Texas, young Bryant spent his childhood moving between states. The only constant was music, starting with classical piano lessons at the age of six. High school orchestra and a stint with the cello further honed his omnivorous skills. Inherently, he began to mix in personal taste. XXXTENTACION, Mac Miller, and Joji songs suited the somber and smooth glide of his own voice. These covers exploded on social media. Like most of Gen-Z, Barnes moonlights as a master self-marketer.
