Steam Trains Galore, part 11 is finally here! This year, we recognize an entire decade of the Steam Trains Galore series with several new railroads and locomotives as well as a return to several of the biggest steam locomotives featured as part of this series over the last 10 years. Part 11 is focused primarily on eastern railroads and locomotives, but two from the western US are also featured. Multiple scenes from each railroad are included, featuring some of the scenic highlights of each route. Thanks, everyone, for making Steam Trains Galore what it is today and for 10 amazing years of this series!

In this video, you will take a look at several different steam trains operating across the United States. We'll start off in eastern Oregon with the Sumpter Valley Railroad. Then it's off to Wisconsin for a look at SOO Line steam locomotive number 1003 pulling a freight train through the beautiful colors of fall. Next, it's the Grand Canyon Railway in the middle of winter. Then we're back to the Pacific Northwest for a look at the Mount Rainier Railroad, the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad, and finally Southern Pacific 4449 on the Holiday Express!

Steam Trains Galore 5 continues the magic of the previous videos in the series, featuring some of the most spectacular scenes of steam locomotives on the internet!

Welcome aboard to the 10th Steam Trains Galore video! To celebrate the tenth year of the series, we will visit even more steam trains of all different types, located all over the country. We'll start off with a look at the Union Pacific 4014 Big Boy locomotive on two different excursions in 2019 and 2022. From there, we will visit several different railroads in the Western United States as well as one in the Midwest and one in the East. Many different types of locomotives are featured including all three different types of geared logging steam locomotives, old wood burning locomotives from the 1870s, and articulated tank engines. From the waters of the Pacific to the heart of Appalachia in West Virginia, Steam Trains Galore 10 promises to be the best video in the series yet! Music was once again recorded by S.J. Armstrong for this video.

Controlled Demolition, Inc. (CDI) of Phoenix, Maryland, USA (acting as Explosives Subcontractor to Main Demolition Contractor, American Demolition & Nuclear Decommissioning (DND), Inc of Grand Island, New York) performs the preparation for and successful explosives felling of one (1), 700’ tall reinforced concrete windscreen and free standing internal brick liner in Alma, Wisconsin on Monday, October 1, 2018. The thin wall construction of the windscreen and reinforcing did not provide adequate “constrained” concrete to provide an acceptable hinge area for CDI to absolutely control the accuracy of fall between railroad main lines and critical electric grid infrastructure. CDI’s team designed and installed new hinges to carry the structure through initial rotation, guiding the structure precisely along the designed center of fall.

There was no interruption of electric transmission operations or unplanned outage due to dust/vibration created by the felling of the structure. The railroad main lines closed during the actual felling of the structure were reopened per schedule.

All aboard! Come along for Steam Trains Galore Part 2! We will visit a variety of different steam railroads in the western United States in the states of California, Nevada, and Colorado. As with the first video in the series, a wide variety of steam trains are included in a wide array of climates: everything from tall pine forests and coastal redwoods to high desert and scrub brush. In a similar style the the original Steam Trains Galore, this video features no distracting captions and no narration, only the sounds of the trains and nature. At the end of the video, a full list of the railroads where this video was filmed is included.

Steam Trains Galore 2 is sure to put smiles on the faces of everyone from 1 to 92, so hop aboard for this exciting adventure!

This is a trains for kids video where toddlers will learn about various trains including steam train, electric train and by playing with a toy train, seeing real train videos, a train cartoon and Speedie DiDi. In this educational trains for toddlers video with Speedie DiDi, your children will see a steam toy train and then a real steam train, as well as an electric toy train and then a real electric train as part of real-life train videos. Speedie DiDi plays with a giant train set and learns about the driving rod, chimney and the train station. This trains for kids video also teaches about railroads, tracks and the various parts of a steam train. There are various toy trains that Speedie DiDi looks at as well. After the steam train, we move onto the electric train and look at electric train toys, cartoon train and real electric train videos for kids. The electric train is unable to cross a large pool of water, and we are forced to install a bridge. We play with the toy trains for toddlers and help the electric train get on the new bridge we built. We then look at real train videos of locomotives crossing a bridge. At the end of this video we learn about a train in tunnel. We show the toy train passing through a tunnel on the large toy set because there is a huge mountain in the way. Speedie DiDi then shows children various real train in tunnels videos, so your toddlers see how trains work under different circumstances. This is a great video for kids and toddlers to learn about trains!
