On this channel you will find new videos with the successful breathing techniques of Wim Hof. With the enthusiastic voice of Rebecca, she will take you on a journey to a healthier and stronger body and mind.

In this video, you take four rounds of rapid breaths with retentions of 1:00, 2:00, 2:30 and 2:30 minutes in between.

During this exercise you can feel different sensations in your body such as lightheadedness, tingling and your body temperature can change. That's all okay!

Always follow the safety instructions!
Always do these exercises in a safe place. Never do this before or while swimming or bathing, while driving or in places where you could fall.
