Murcia is one of Spain's Cheapest cities. They even offer Free Tapas here.

I talked to two nice young men who are from Murcia, Spain. They tell me just how cheap it is to live here. They also tell me about some of the local food and that you can get a Free tapa with a drink in most places here. They also tell me the story of where the word Tapa comes from. We met them at this bar called La Uva de Jumillana, we even tasted both of the tapas that they recommended. This place was full of people so you know that it must be good. Cheap and delicious food in this part of Spain.
