We have a very easy and fun video today, a viewer asked me to talk about the best used sport touring motorcycles for the money! That's easy, as I love sport touring bikes and getting the best sport touring motorcycle to buy used is something I have a lot of experience helping with! A used Yamaha FJR1300 is the best value for the money in my opinion, but other great options include the used Honda ST1300, a used Kawasaki Concours 14, OR a used Triumph Sprint ST 1050!
Let me know in the comments below what YOUR favorite used sport touring bike is!

Everybody likes sports, and if you're going to be interacting with English speakers, it's really helpful to know their names. Maybe you're traveling to an English-speaking country—getting involved with sports, either as a participant or just as a spectator, is a great way to make new friends. So here's a big list of names of sports. Some of them are familiar; some of them are more unusual. You may not think of yourself as athletic, but we all can find sports that fit us well. Are you ready?

In this episode of the Carmudgeon Show, 95-year-old Derek Tam-Scott and ex-Yinzer Jason Cammisa discuss their enjoyment of the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing. They cautiously approach the startling conclusion that the Blackwing is the world's best current sports sedan — but not without a seaworthy exploration of Cadillac’s post-landyacht identity crisis. While unpacking the good, the bad, and the Malaise, Derek realizes that maybe there’s more to our perception of a 120-year-old brand than meets the eye.
Naturally, this discussion is not without mention of past performance sedan greats — including the Chevrolet SS, E39 BMW M5, and Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. And the ATS-V with the pushrod, small-block V-8 — which totally should have existed.
Jason’s ten cars become nine as he bids farewell to Rose Gold, his Cashmere-Beige BMW E30 325i, but not without sending it off with a bumper-to-tailpipe warranty and a deep investigation of a tacho-metric truth. He also celebrates 25 years and 100,000 miles with his 1987 Volkswagen Scirocco 16V and the newly-realized vulnerabilities that come with long-term ownership.
All that and more, brought to you by the Hagerty Podcast Network.

If you want to start tracking your sports and health using modern technology and get a good deal at the same time, then this video is for you. Black Friday is probably going to give you some great deals. Even if you're watching this video after that, there will still be many good deals. However, no matter the price, it is important to choose a device that is reliable and accurate. In this video I will use actual data and testing to show you my top recommendations, and which devices I would pick up myself. We will focus on heart rate, GPS, sleep and health tracking, which will give you a full picture and allow you to select the best device possible, at the best possible price. Be aware that I’ve rejected most companies that offered very lucrative affiliate links because I didn’t think their products were good enough. However, there were three that I did accept. I will mention them in this video, in addition to many other devices, because I believe all these products are actually good and I use them myself daily. I wanted to be transparent. The good thing is that you will also get an extra discount if you use those links. I’ve split this video into several parts that cover the topics: heart rate, GPS, sleep, health, all-round top performers, and honorable mentions, and I give recommendations for each. Let’s start with heart rate tracking, specifically heart rate tracking during sports. This is very hard for many smartwatches, because they have to measure a very weak signal. Basically a smartwatch or smartband tries to measure changes in blood flow using a flashing green light shining on your wrist. And it is doing that while you are moving a lot. This creates a ton of noise in the signal, which means it is looking for a tiny blood flow signal in a sea of noise. Still, some devices manage to do this quite well. So, let’s check out the data on some of my top picks. By the way, I’ve turned on channel memberships in case you want to support the channel, but more on that later.
The next health tracking device I use every day is the only device I own that actively improves my sleep quality, the Eight Sleep Pod 4 Ultra. This is a cover you put around your mattress that actively cools and heats each side of the bed independently. This has been a life-saver in summer to stay cool, and great in winter to be able to open the window and still stay warm. It also raises the head of the bed ever so slightly if I start to snore, to make sure I stop, and when I do, it lowers again. In addition, it did great in my testing in terms of health and sleep tracking, and it does this all without you wearing anything.
